Modest Means Lawyer Referral Program
The Utah State Bar’s Modest Means Lawyer Referral Program (utahbar.org) provides access to attorneys for people whose income is too high to qualify for free legal services, but too low to pay an attorney’s standard rate.
Limited Legal Help
Limited legal help, also known as “limited scope legal representation” or “unbundled services” is an agreement with an attorney for help with part of a case. For example, you might pay the attorney just to advise you about your case or to attend a hearing or mediation with you.
